Our Month- of Coordination service is designed to ensure every detail of your wedding is perfect and stress free. Starting one month before your big day, we step in to review your plans, finalize your timeline, and confirm all vendor details. We conduct a thorough consultation to understand your vision and needs, allowing us to seamlessly take over communication with vendors and manage logistics. On the wedding day, your coordinator is onsite to oversee the entire event (start and end time is based off of what is discussed and agreed with during initial consultation), supervise set up and decor, assist guests and ensure everything runs on schedule. We handle any issues that arise, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for you and your guests. With our Month-of Coordination, you can relax and enjoy your wedding, knowing every detail is meticulously managed.
