Day-of Coordination service is designed for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding and want a trusted professional to step in and manage the details as the day approaches. My support begins four weeks before your wedding day, giving me time to fully understand your vision, vendors and logistics.

We'll start with a detailed planning consultation where we review your plans, confirm vendor information, and create a clear, realistic wedding day timeline. This ensure everyone involved knows exactly what's happening, when it's happening, and whos responsible. Thus removing confusion and unnecessary stress leading up to the day.

On your wedding day, I will be on-site from start to finish, based on the timeline discussed during our consultation. I will manage the flow of the day, oversee vendor arrivals, assist with personal decor placement, guide guests, and handle any unexpected issues. From timeline management to problem solving, I will ensure everything will be ran smoothly so you don't have to.

The purpose is to allow you and your partner to be fully present and experience your wedding day, while confidently knowing every detail is being handled with care and intention.

Please note: Day of Coordination services begin four weeks prior to your wedding day and are intended to manage logistics, timelines and vendor communication on the day of the event. This service does not include the full planning support, decor rentals, or physical setup or teardown unless otherwise agreed upon and outlined in your contract. All services, inclusions, and coverage hours will be clearly defined in your signed agreement, and all bookings are subject to availability.
